Victoria Road – Overhead utility work

June 15, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will be working on behalf of Nova Scotia Power this evening at two locations on Victoria Road.

Crews will begin at the intersection of Victoria Road and Woodland Avenue. That work is expected to take place between 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Workers will then move to the intersection of Boland and Victoria roads, with work taking place there between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Traffic signals will be shut off at each respective site while work is underway. As a result, motorists can expect stop-and-go traffic and should expect delays.

Drivers are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Nova Scotia Power and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
