Liberal Kelly Regan gives her victory speech in front of supporters at Brewsters Restaurant in Bedford on Tuesday night. Regan captured the Bedford-Birch Cover riding with 4,861 votes. NDP candidate Brian Mosher finished second with 3,552 votes and incumbent PC Len Goucher finished third with 2,268 votes.
