The T minus 4 Days ’till The 4-Hour Body experiment is now over and today I start The 4-Hour Body routine. I’m still not 100% sold on this diet because I LOVE snacking, I LOVE cheese, and I LOVE carbs but I’m going try it for at least a month and see what happens. I’ve taken my before photos, done my weigh in and taken my measurements so let’s see how this experiment works.
