UPDATED A Halifax based construction company claims to have a solution to the ongoing battle over tall buildings in the Downtown core, and plans to present their concept to city council and the province next week as debate over the new World Trade Center continues. We speak with the company proposing the work, and talk to some Halifax residents about their thoughts on the concept.
