Join us at the Halifax Brewery Market on Saturday December 7th for Holiday Hygge​ (HOO-gah),a celebration of the coming Winter season. The Halifax Brewery Market will host more than 70 local craft and food vendors; a perfect outing for high quality local gifts, beautiful produce, delicious treats, live music, family photos, and all-round cozy holiday atmosphere!

Aside from new vendors popping up for the day, the Halifax Brewery Market’s regular vendors will be offering holiday themed promotions to get in the hygge-spirit. Have your purchases gift wrapped by donation by​ Foodona, makers of homemade, upcycled gift wrapping. Photographer Sydney MacLennan will be onsite from 10am – 12pm to take your family & friend photo. Cozy up and listen to live music from the Alexander Keith’s choir, Coyote Merlot, Toshio Oki, Chad McCoy and members of the Halifax Music Coop Jazz Ensemble.

The Holiday Hygge is a must for people looking to celebrate the local bounty, this holiday season and any time of year. Pick up handmade gift cards, candles, soaps & body products, woodworking, zero-waste solutions, spirits, jewellery, preserves & more!

Whether you are shopping or not, the Holiday Hygge is about gathering, enjoying our community and celebrating all that Nova Scotia has to offer. As 2019 comes to a close we want to thank our community for supporting us throughout the year, come celebrate with us! Admission is always free.The event will take place during market hours, from 8am – 1pm.
