Here’s your chance to talk directly to the cops about whatever you see fit. I see the comments about many issues on my social media sites so I know many in the community have a lot to discuss.

Halifax District RCMP to hold community consultations in March, Halifax District, N.S.
Halifax District RCMP, with assistance from the Halifax Regional Board of Police Commissioners, will be hosting community consultation sessions throughout Halifax in March 2015.
The purpose of the sessions will be to give citizens, local councilors and government representatives the opportunity to discuss various community topics in an effort to help the RCMP in Halifax determine its policing priorities for 2015/2016. ‘We want to hear directly from the citizens we serve because their views are important to us.’ said Chief Superintendent Roland Wells, Officer in Charge of Halifax RCMP. ‘Information gathered at these sessions will help us determine where to focus our policing efforts in order to have the greatest, positive impact’.
Each session will take place from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Details about each session can be found below. Reminders will be sent out about each session on Facebook (www.facebook.com/rcmpns) and Twitter (@rcmpns) .
