RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Scott Evan Higgins, 38, from the Halifax Regional Municipality, is currently facing a charge of:
- Failure to Comply With a Court Order
Higgins is described as 5-foot-9, 176 lbs. He has brown eyes and dark brown hair.
Police have made several attempts to locate Higgins; however, investigators are requesting assistance from the public.
