Members of Nova Scotia RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 35-year-old Ingonish, Nova Scotia man wanted in relation to several counts of Uttering Threats, Criminal Harassment, Breach of Undertaking and Breach of Recognizance in the Ingonish area.
MacDougall is suspected to be in Nova Scotia, specifically in the Sydney area. He was last seen in Sydney two days ago, driving a red 2013 Kia Optima, Nova Scotia licence plate FXV440.
MacDougall is described as being 5-foot-5 and 193 pounds, with hazel eyes and short brown hair. Anyone who thinks they recognize MacDougall is advised not to approach him and to contact police immediately by calling 911.
