Warrant issued for forceable confinement, assault

On Tuesday September 1, 2020,  New Glasgow Regional Police have issued two warrants for arrest for Mathew Nathan Fulton. Both warrants involve an separate ongoing investigations of forceable confinement and an assault with a weapon charges. Both in Trenton occurred in the Town of Trenton.

NGR Police investigation has identified 33-year-old male, Mathew Nathan Fulton of Pictou County as the person responsible for the forceable confinement and the assault with a weapon. Police have charged Fulton with:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Assault
  • Mischief
  • Being unlawfully in a dwelling house
  • Fail to comply with undertaking conditions
  • Forceable confinement
  • Uttering threats against person
  • Fail to comply with release order
  • Fail to comply with release order

NGR Police have obtained a warrant of arrest for Mathew Nathan Fulton of Pictou County. New Glasgow Regional Police is seeking assistance from the public to assist with this investigation.
