West Hants RCMP Detachment is requesting public assistance to locate John Allan Russell Warner of Windsor.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of John Allan Russell Warner, 44, of Windsor, in relation to breaches of conditions of his parole.

Warner  is described as 5-foot-8, 225 lbs. He has dark brown hair and green eyes.

Police have made several attempts to locate Warner, however are requesting assistance from the public.
