Weapons Seized in North Preston

Police seized three firearms last night in North Preston.

As a result of conducting a search on a motor vehicle act violation, police located a prohibited sawed-off 30-06 rifle and a quantity of ammunition, a BB rifle, and a replica 9mm BB gun. These firearms were located outside in the area of Willis Lane in North Preston, under a vehicle. At this time, the owner is not known.

Police are asking for anyone who may know the owner of these firearms to come forward and contact them.
