Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Wedgewood Avenue in Halifax will be closed to traffic Tuesday, Nov. 3, and Wednesday, Nov. 4, to facilitate service lateral installations in the area.
The entire street will shut down starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday and will remain closed until about 4 p.m. on Wednesday. The street will not reopen overnight; however, crews on site will accommodate access for local traffic and pedestrians throughout the closure.
Other motorists are advised to find alternative routes, if possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work or the closure may cause.
