Weekend Wrap-up: Jan 19-20, 2013

1. The OptiMYz Live Health Expo is the largest Health & Wellness expo of its kind in Atlantic Canada. Held at Exhibition Park this weekend,  the expo is a host to over 100 exhibitors, dozens of live demonstrations, cooking demos and fitness classes. 2. The Museum of Natural History is pleased to welcome Little Ray's Reptile Zoo back to the Museum this January with a new live animal experience. Living Under Fire: Life in the Desert will feature a number of living animals including: A Harris hawk, African rock pythons, Bearded dragon, Pancake tortoise and more! As always, Little Ray's staff will lead interactive live animal shows daily. 3. The Scouting Group of 1st Dartmouth will be holding a Pancake Breakfast on Saturday with all proceeds going to Christmas Daddies 2013. Breakfast of juice, pancakes, sausage, tea/coffee served from 9:00 to 11:00 am. 4. Everyone is invited to the multi-faith celebration of World Religion Day 2013. The Celebration will focus on compassion and harmony among religions through presentations of readings, music, prayers, dance and drama by representatives of a diverse range of religions! 5. It's Robbie Burns Day at Ski Wentworth on Saturday. Wear a kilt (or rent one there) and ski for free! There's a kilted race at 1pm (registration in the morning), live entertainment, Highland Games for the kids, Hay toss and snow curling!...
