1. Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters is back on the big screen for one night only at the Darthmouth Ferry Terminal Park. There’s just something so cool about watching a movie outdoors and with this classic film, it’s sure to be a great night out for the whole family.

Movie begins at dusk but you’ll want to be there before to get a good spot!

2. Victoria Barks is a doggy festival being held in on Saturday July 12 from 10am-2pm At Victoria Park (off Spring Garden road across from the public gardens). Come out and bring your dog to meet with dog organizations from across Nova Scotia. There will be lots of treats and goodies handed out from Pet Valu and vendors themselves!!

3. Savour a Taste of Lebanon in the Heart of Halifax at the Lebanese Festival! The four day festival will run this weekend at the Olympic Community Centre. Relax while enjoying Authentic Lebanese Food, Traditional Dance Performances and a Live Lebanese Band. Take in the exhibits and shop for handcrafted work at the Artisan Gift Shop or visit Al-Arz Cafe known for its coffee and baklava.

4. Slip into the shadows of the Halifax Citadel and come find out if the many legends of ghost hauntings are true, if you dare! Public ghost tours are offered every Friday and Saturday evenings starting this weekend! Tours begin at 8:30p.m. at the front entrance kiosk.
