MEC Paddlefest is an all-out paddle event that gives paddlers and non-paddlers a chance to try out many different styles and brands of kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddleboards. 3. The Have a Heart Run , part of the Youth Running Series held at Gorsebrook Park. This event is one of their biggest running events for kids and families. 4.
