1. Happy Halloween! Prepare to be spooked this weekend with so many haunts and hollows. There are lots of Halloween events in our calendar but here’s a few highlights:
When the cold night air fills your lungs and you can’t stop shivering, we dare you to wander through the woods of The Haunted Hollow! It’s back for another year so head to Hammonds Plains to spook yourself out!
The Bluenose Ghost Festival at Alderney Landing has something for everyone – from the super spooky Fear the Darkness haunted house and Zombie laser tag for older kids to monster mini-putt and treats for younger ones.
Head to Shubenacadie Wildlife Park for A Wild Halloween Party. Surprise their wildlife with your outfits and get some trick-or-treats for you too!

The Adamson Haunted House is back for another year of spooky fun. Head to Fall River for this family friendly haunted house filled with ghosts, witches, spiders and so much more.
Just a reminder to please drive slowly during Halloween and be sure to have the kids wear reflective gear or carry a flashlight or glow sticks while trick-or-treating!
