This weekend, which was unusually warm, proved to be pretty chill for all of us. Lots of lazing around (with the little boys getting the comfiest spot in the house after kicking mom and dad out of course), lots of one on one time for all and plenty of fresh air.
The boys worked on their stick collection. Only the good ones are worthy of being lugged home after our forest walks.
Desolate government buildings made excellent play structures.
Just in time for love day I had my rings cleaned properly (however it is that they do it…it’s still a mystery to me). All I know is the jewelry lady’s eyes bugged out when I handed them to her so I guess that meant I should take them in more often and maybe not use a toothbrush on them anymore…whoops.
And finally, I had the pleasure of experiencing the sensation of hot knives on my face during a second laser treatment in attempts to combat my rosacea. More on this coming up.
P.S. Wondering if my lashes were going to fall out after I had this done? I was a little bit just based on reading so many horror stories! But here’s your proof that you must go to an experienced, reputable technician. Those are my natural lashes above left exactly the same as they were before I had extensions applied.
