Here are some easy, healthy, “clean” snacks perfect for busy moms and little ones. For the most part I don’t prepare different food for my kids. We usually all eat the same which makes it easier to keep healthy choices in the house! These are some of my snack pics pulled from my instagram that I’ve shared over the past little while. We tend to rotate through these ones the most.
1 // celery sticks and hummus
2 // unsweetened apple sauce, high fiber granola and cinnamon
3 // banana slices with natural peanut butter
4 // cucumber slices on pita crackers with cream cheese
5 // kiwi (or any fruit) topped with hemp hearts
