Halifax Regional Municipality Wind Energy Public Meeting Notice.

The Halifax Regional Municipality will be hosting a series of Public Meetings to present proposed changes to the municipality’s by-laws for the siting of large and small scale wind turbines in HRM.

The first of these meetings will be at Brookside Junior High, 2239 Prospect Rd, Prospect, NS Monday Nov 9, 2009 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This meeting is intended to obtain feedback from interested citizens prior to bringing the matter to Regional Council for consideration.
