Windsor District RCMP investigate break and enter with violence, Falmouth, N.S.

Windsor District RCMP are investigating a break and enter in Falmouth.

At approximately 11:15 p.m. yesterday, Windsor District RCMP responded to a break and enter call to a residence on Town Road.

Preliminary investigation determined that four men entered a home with their faces covered. The four suspects sprayed a 22-year-old male resident of the home with bear spray and proceeded to take him outside and assault him. A 26-year-old female, also a resident of the home, witnessed the assault. RCMP immediately patrolled the area using Police Dog Services however did not locate any suspects.

The suspects are described as approximately 6′ tall, dressed in black, and wearing balaclavas and gloves. RCMP believe the parties may have been known to one another and this was likely not a random act.
