Windsor RCMP investigate attempted robbery, Brooklyn, N.S.

Windsor RCMP is currently investigating an attempted robbery that occurred at the Credit Union in Brooklyn earlier this afternoon. At approximately 3:15 p.m. a lone man entered the Credit Union on Highway 14 in Brooklyn and gave an employee a note which indicated he was going to rob them.

At approximately 3:15 p.m. a lone man entered the Credit Union on Highway 14 in Brooklyn and gave an employee a note which indicated he was going to rob them.

The Bank Manager was able to get the suspect out of the Credit Union and the suspect left the area in a silver/grey Chevrolet Impala.
No weapon was produced and no one was injured.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’10’, early fifties, scruffy face with a painted face, ladies sunglasses, pink gloves, wearing a dark green and white rugby shirt.
