Windsor RCMP is currently on scene of a fatal two-vehicle collision in Poplar Grove.

Just after 7 a.m. this morning, RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Avondale Rd. in Poplar Grove. One person was confirmed dead at the scene. A second person has been transported by EHS LifeFlight to the QEII in Halifax with life-threatening injuries.

Avondale Rd. is currently closed at Ferry Rd. and is expected to be closed most of the day. An RCMP Collision Analyst will be attending the scene to collect evidence. The investigation is continuing.
