Wednesday, June 10, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists of a temporary lane closure today on Windsor Street at North Street required to investigate a small sinkhole.
The north-bound lane of Windsor Street at North Street will be closed to traffic for approximately one hour beginning at 12 p.m. today. Motorists travelling north bound on Windsor will have the option to turn east or west from Windsor Street to North Street. South-bound travel on Windsor Street will remain open during this work.
Additionally, motorists travelling east-bound on North Street will be unable to turn left from North to Windsor during this work.
Traffic control personnel will be onsite. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to find alternate routes.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.
