From HRPD:
A woman faces numerous charges after an investigation by the HRP/RCMP Integrated Financial Crime Unit.
The charges stem from two separate incidents involving two different employers, one of which was Capital District Health Authority. The first occurred between November 2008 and July 2009, and the second incident occurred between February and May of this year. Police allege in both case the woman stole checks and deposited them into her own account. As a result of the investigation a woman was arrested this morning without incident.
Twenty-six-year-old Crystal Rose Hatfield of Halifax was scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face a total of 21 separate charges.
