Woman charged with refusal of a blood demand after collision in Dartmouth

HRP attenddd a motor vehicle collision in the area of Windmill Road and Fernhill Drive resulting in a downed power line on New Years Eve.
Traffic was shut down in both directions and motorists were asked to take an alternate route.

The collision on Windmill Road resulted in a power pole being severed and power lines dropped down across the road. Windmill Road at Fernhill Drive was expected to be closed to traffic in both directions for most of the night while repairs were made.

The​ 36-year-old​ driver from Darmouth​ was arrested and was released to appear in court at a later date charged with refusal of a blood demand.
