Halifax Regional Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Tuesday morning in Halifax.
On February 11, 2020 at approximately 1:00 a.m. a 24 year old female was walking in the area of the 2600 block of Northwood Terrace. A male suspect approached her and sprayed a sensory irritant in her face, as she fell to the ground the male tried to grab her bag. A witness heard her scream and came out of his residence to assist her. The suspect grabbed her cell phone and fled the area.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6’0”, pale gaunt face, thin build, and short dirty blond hair wearing dark clothes.
