Workshops available for teens to “take charge” of their health

Capital Health and Dalhousie University are offering two upcoming courses for teens 13-15 years old, who have a chronic health condition and want to be in charge of their own health care.
The You’re in Charge program helps teens get ready to be in charge of their own health.
But You’re in Charge isn’t just for teens — we help parents get ready too.
Three options are offered — choose one or more! You’re in Charge Workshop, an interactive half day workshop for teens and their parents held at the Spryfield Wellness Centre.
Saturday, November 16, 12-4pm
Registration Deadline:
November 1

and brand new cabins?
