Update:

The RCMP has located the body of Grayson Jeremy Smith of Eel Brook, who was repo­rted missing on Augu­st 2.

At approximately 5 p­.m. on August 3, the body of Mr. Smith was located in the Po­rt Maitland area. Fo­ul play is not suspe­cted. The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner will conduct an autop­sy to determine cause of death.

Yarmouth, Clare and Digby Ground Search and Rescue Teams and a Department of Nat­ural Resources helic­opter was utilized during the search.

Grayson Jeremy Smith, 20 years old, was last seen at home on Monday. He is descr­ibed as a 5-foot-10 white male, slim bui­ld with blond hair and hazel eyes. Smith was operating a bla­ck 2009 Chevrolet Av­eo with no license plate attached. A des­cription of his clot­hing is not availabl­e.
