Yarmouth Town RCMP are investigating complaints of break, enter and thefts from fishing boats.
At approximately 5 p.m. on October 20th, RCMP officers from the Yarmouth Town Detachment responded to a call of two young men on a fishing boat at the Marginal Wharf on Water Street in Yarmouth.
Two young males matching the suspects’ description were arrested leaving the area. Further investigation led to charges against two Yarmouth males, both aged 16.
The young men were released from custody and will appear in court at a later date. They are facing charges of Break and Enter, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Break-In Instruments and various counts of Failing to Comply with previous release conditions.
