Yarmouth Town RCMP building has reopened for business, Yarmouth, N.S.

The Yarmouth Town RCMP Detachment has reopened for business.

On March 2nd, the Detachment experienced flooding issues which affected both the main floor and the lower floor of the detachment.

As a result, members and staff were relocated to the Yarmouth Rural Detachment on Starrs Road. Policing services were not affected during that time. The flooding issues have now been rectified.

Today, members and staff have moved back to the Yarmouth Town Detachment at 703 Main Street. The doors are open for front counter enquires and phone enquiries can be made at (902) 742-8777. For emergencies, please dial 911.

The Yarmouth Town RCMP wish to thank the general public for their patience while the building was closed.
