This week I’m feeling the need to do a retrospective and talk about some things I’ve talked about in the past and focus on some older posts from the last 18 months that may have gotten overlooked to my long time readers and that may not have gotten the chance to be read at all by my new readers.
Today I’m starting with Yoga as my topic of choice as I’m actually feeling the need to get some yoga back in to my life. It’s weird for me to say that as I’ve never really “felt the need” to do yoga before but with the injuries I’m dealing with right now, and the fact that I’m training for my first 10k race in May, I’m thinking I need to start getting some yoga in to my life
