Young Street – Night time road construction

Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that installation of an underground conduit will take place tomorrow (Thursday) at the Young/Kempt and Young/Robie intersections.

Crews will be on site from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Traffic signals at both intersections will be shut down while work is underway. Traffic control personnel will be on site to guide motorists.

Drivers should expect long delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
