Youth faces serious charges after stabbing, Cole Harbour, N.S.

The RCMP/HRP Integrated General Investigation Section (GIS) has charged a youth in relation to a stabbing that occurred yesterday in Cole Harbour. Last evening, police arrested a 14-year-old male from Cole Harbour.

The RCMP/HRP Integrated General Investigation Section (GIS) has charged a youth in relation to a stabbing that occurred yesterday in Cole Harbour.

Last evening, police arrested a 14-year-old male from Cole Harbour.

He remains in custody and will be appearing in Halifax Provincial Youth court this morning. He faces several Criminal Code charges including Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.

The 15-year-old victim remains in hospital in stable condition. The investigation is continuing.
