Youth grabbed by man while walking in Dartmouth

Police are investigating suspicious circumstances that occurred yesterday morning in Dartmouth.

At approximately 8:20 a.m. a youth was walking on Ellenvale Avenue when a man got out of a vehicle that was parked on the street and grabbed the youth by the shoulder. The youth got way from the man and fled the area. The youth reported the incident to a trusted adult who contacted police.

The suspect is described as a white man in his late 40s to 60s, with a long beard to his chest and wearing a black baseball hat and black clothing.  The vehicle is described as a black four-door sedan.
