At 11pm a dispute had taken place between a 44 year old female and two males in their teens in the area of Hawthorne St and Silver St Dartmouth. One of the males assaulted the female victim and the other threaten her with bear spray. Both fled the area on foot but were arrested by patrol members a short time later in the area. One of the male suspects was found to have a BB gun in his possession. The victim did not require medical attention. Both youths have been charged with assault, assault with a weapons and possession of weapon. One of the suspects has been released to attend court at a later date while the other has been held to attend court this morning.
