The city has announced the 5th annual Dingle Natal Day Party, and on that day they’re also celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Memorial Tower on August 6, from 11am to 2pm at Fleming Park
Featuring:
-Re-enactors
-Live music, including Spectrum and the Bedford Brass Quintet
-Artwork titled “Meantime in Greenwich”
-Sundial making
-Scavenger hunt
-Refreshments
-Free canoeing and water activities
-Bouncy castles, kids games, art activities, photographic displays, commemorative pins, heritage walks
The Dingle tower underwent renovations over the past year and is looking spruced up in time for the party.
