At 10:55 pm officers observed an intoxicated male crossing Conrose Field in the Jubilee Road area in Halifax. The male resisted arrest and was found in possession of a quantity of marijuana and cocaine. Police arrested a 17 year old male who was held in cells overnight.  He is facing two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, CDSA 5(2) and resisting arrest.  He is  expected to be released tomorrow morning on a recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
