Stop drinking water:
Yes, that’s right I said “stop drinking water”. Now let me put this into context for you; there’s nothing wrong with drinking water it’s just about timing. You don’t want to be drinking water while you are eating because it dilutes your food, and actually works to slow digestion; giving it more opportunity to turn into fat. Try drinking water 1/2 hour before meals, and then again after, but avoid chugging it back during your meal unless weight gain is your goal.
Helping to speed up metabolism this spice is a great choice for adding flavour to your meals. Add this spice to your regular diet for a little kick to your taste buds and your metabolism. The way it works is that the heat from the spice actually helps to numb your throat and ultimately your thyroid gland.
Red Wine Vinegar:
Add tablespoon of red wine vinegar to a glass of club soda, and enjoy with your meal to help stabilize your blood sugar levels, and help you stay full longer. Not to mention you’ll also benefit from the all the anti cancer properties that are in red wine without all the calories and poison of alcohol that can lead to breast cancer.
