From HRPD:
At 7:37 p.m. HRP's West Quick Response Unit attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by a suspected unlicensed driver.

The vehicle initially pulled over and stopped but then quickly fled. A brief pursuit ensued but was terminated as the driver was known to police and road conditions were poor. The vehicle was later recovered abandoned and subsequently seized. This matter is still under investigation and charges are expected.
