Update: The two females have been located safely

Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing youth’s 15-year-old Hannah Maclean and her 13 year old sister Maya Maclean.

The youth’s were last seen on June 22 around 1 p.m. in Dartmouth. Hannah is described as a W/F, 15 years of age, 80lbs, 5’0′, shoulder length brown hair, white dress with chevron pattern, navy blue sneakers with white soles.

Maya is described as a white female, 12 years of age, 70lbs, brown hair, and clothing description unknown at this time.

It is believed that the girls are together and may be travelling on bicycles.

There is no information to suggest that the sisters have met with foul play, however, police are concerned for their well being. Officers request that Hannah, Maya, or anyone with information on their whereabouts call Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5016.
