On February 9th at 1:23 am Halifax Regional Police received a call of three males beating up another male in a parking lot in the 10-20 block of Plateau Cres, Halifax.
At 1:32 am a call was received of a male in the 10-20 block of Braeside Crt, Halifax that had been stabbed. When officers arrived they discovered a 20 year old man that had been stabbed.
It is believed that both incidents are related.
The man was taken to the QEII and is being treated for an injury that is not life threatening.
Patrol and K-9 members searched the area and were not able to locate the suspects. The only description available is that the suspect were white males.
The incident is still under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call police at 902-490-5020 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).
