Nova Scotia Health Authority thanks the public and law enforcement for their help in locating him.

Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) requests the public’s assistance in locating a 34-year-old patient, Harry Arthur Cope.​ Mr. Cope is missing from a Dartmouth hospital. ​ A photo is attached.​

Mr. Cope has his head shaved (light brown hair) and blue eyes. He stands 5’7” tall and weighs 185 Lbs. He has a tiger tattoo on his back and praying hands on his chest.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket, white T-shirt ,grey sweater, grey pants and black boots.

The patient’s risk for himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
