A man convicted of killing a 52-year old teacher after colliding with her in a stolen car when he was a teenager has had his parole revoked.
The National Parole Board revoked Archie Billard's statutory release October 20th.
"According to police information, you had relapsed into your old lifestyle: using intoxicants, hanging around substance abusers, showing disregard for other people and for authority," the board wrote in their decision.
A police search of his home over a month ago found a number of items matching the descriptions of items reported stolen from a break-in. Marijuana grow-op equipment was also found as well as other drug paraphernalia
Billard also had his release revoked after getting caught speeding in an unregistered vehicle in October 2009.
