Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 47-year-old Nadine Jacquard, who is missing from a Dartmouth hospital.

Jacquard is 5’6″ and 112 pounds, with short straight brown hair, blue eyes, and fair complexion. She was last seen wearing long red/brown pants, a black tank top, and carrying a black zip binder.

The patient’s risk increases with the length of time she is away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
