Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Halifax 

On October 10th at approximately 11:12 p.m.  police responded to a robbery at the Needs Convenience store located at 6130 Chebucto Road. A man entered the store, caused damage to a door that leads behind the counter and demanded money and cigarettes from the clerk. The suspect then fled the area on a bicycle with a quantity of cigarettes.

The suspect is described as an adult male wearing a green jacket, black ball cap, black pants and had a cast on his left foot.
