Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Beechville Area – Water Service Interruption

(August 4, 2023) From 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 12, Dexter Construction will be connecting a new water service lateral to the existing water main on St. Margaret’s Bay Road near Sheppards Run, Beechville.

Customers in Beechville may experience temporary changes in water pressure, a temporary loss of water service, or temporarily discoloured water. Notices have been distributed to impacted properties.

Two-way traffic will be maintained in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.

Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
