As you know I’ve been running the “No Excuses 30 Day Burpee Challenge” for just over a week now and the amount of participation that I’m getting from people has been UNREAL!  Friday I wrote about how I was getting a lot of blog and Facebook Comments, as well as Tweets using the hashtag #NoExcusesYIS, telling me how evil I am and how painful the burpees were and how they wanted me to die, but at the same time how they were loving the challenge and how they were so happy that I started it up. Seems like most of them are conflicted, which is a bit scary. On Firday I also announced  that I was going to be releasing a “Be The Burpee/NO EXCUSES” t-shirt in partnership with BE THE GAME Sportswear to help get kids that aren’t fortunate enough to play sports, get the opportunity to get into sports.  Did you know that 1 in 3 Canadian families are unable to provide their children with the life changing opportunity to play organized sports?  I was floored when I heard that statistic too!
