Police have a man in custody after an incident last night in Downtown Halifax.

On November 20th at approx. 2:55 AM HRP members responded to an indecent act that had occurred in the 5000 Block on Blower St. in Halifax. A female employee at a fast food restaurant reported that she had taken the suspects order and observed that he was exposing himself during the transaction. Police responded quickly to the scene and arrested a white male in his late 20's from the Halifax area. This party will be facing criminal charges for Indecent Exposure.
