My kids love getting things in the mail. They adore it. Every time there is a package in the mailbox, they ask if it is for them. (Considering that their Dad is a chronic online shopper of cheap goods from China, the packages are usually disappointingly not for them.
)
One afternoon they came home from daycare to find a stack of boxes taller than them on our deck. Their excitement filled the air. The boxes said my name on it, but I assured them that the goodies in the boxes would be for them.
I grabbed a box cutter and started opening the boxes. Cameron immediately started pulling the product out. You might think that their excitement would lose steam as they noticed boxes full of bathroom products, but you’d be wrong. I was instructed to open bottle caps so they could smell each new scent. They ran to the bathroom to place items where they belonged. My youngest, who is always looking for ways to help, started pulling each additional product out of the boxes and placing them carefully on the nearby table, just as he had seen me doing.
Kandoo had sent me months worth of their product and my kids were giddy discovering what each product was and helping me organize it.
