Imagine waking up and heading to the beach for an early surf session. You then come home and take your skateboard for a grind. A few hours later, you drive to the ski hill for a little night boarding on a halfpipe.

Sound like California? How about Nova Scotia.

Whether it’s surf, street or snow, for those who love to ride with two feet on a board, Nova Scotia just might be the best place in Canada to shred.

Surfers, skateboarders and snowboarders will soon have a place where they can all get decked out. A new store is set to open in Bedford next month that will cater to all three boardriders.

Entity Boardshop, located on the Bedford Highway, will carry apparel for both male and female boardriders. It will also carry skateboard and snowboard equipment.

Store owner Rob McLeod is busy making final preparations to get his new store ready for opening on Saturday, May 9.

The Bedford Beacon will have more on Entity Boardshop in the days ahead.
